This refund policy explains the return conditions for RoadPup Gear car pet travel accessories.

Return window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Fit-related returns

If a product does not fit the intended vehicle, contact RoadPup Gear with the order number, vehicle type, product name, and fit issue. Customers should review the Fit Guide before purchasing to reduce avoidable returns.

Non-returnable conditions

Items may not qualify for return when they show pet hair buildup, mud, odor, chewing damage, washing damage, missing parts, installation damage, or other signs of use beyond a fit check.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error or defect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Customers should contact RoadPup Gear promptly with photos of packaging, product condition, and the packing slip when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
